Karate (ages 6 & Up)
This program is for students who are over 6 years old and are new to martial arts. We focus on building self-discipline, concentration, and respect through a number of katas and weapons practices. Of course, we also have lots of fun!
The Advanced class is designed for students at a rank of blue belt and higher. Here, we begin to incorporate more advanced katas, including those with weapons. Students continue to hone their balance, coordination, and motor skills.
Children are welcome to come and progress their karate in this class on Wednesday’s with their parents.
This night is a great family friendly activity.
